Hearts of Artichoke Dip
This is a great appetizer.
Ingredients
| 1 | cup | marinated artichoke hearts - drained, finely chopped | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | cup | Parmesan cheese | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | cup | mayonnaise | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | can | chopped green chile peppers | |
|
|
|||
| 4 | cloves | garlic - crushed | |
|
|
|||
| crackers or bread | |||
|
|
|||
Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl. Spoon into a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes at 350 F. Serve on crackers or bread.
