Mr. Dell's Original Potato Casserole
Yield: 12 servings
Ingredients
| 10 | cups | Mr. Dell's Shredded Hash Browns | |

| 1/4 | cup + 2 Tbsp | butter or margarine | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | can | cream of chicken soup | |
|
|
|||
| 12 | ounces | sour cream | |
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | cup | milk | |
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | cup | chopped green onions | |
|
|
|||
| 2 | cups | grated cheddar cheese | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | cup | crushed corn flakes | |
|
|
|||
| Salt to taste | |||
|
|
|||
| Pepper to taste | |||
|
|
|||
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
Pour 1/4 cup melted butter into a 9 x 13 baking dish. Add 5 cups of frozen Mr. Dell's Hash Browns.
Mix soup, sour cream, milk and green onions in separate bowl.
Pour half of the mixture over hash browns.
Sprinkle 1 cup grated cheese on top.
Add remainder of hash browns and mixture on top.
Sprinkle on remaining cheese, then cover with crushed corn flakes.
Drizzle 2 tablespoons melted butter on top.
Bake for 55 minutes.
